The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition on July 5, 2023. The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) submitted the Consolidated Application on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 (two days before HUD’s submission deadline of September 28, 2023). As the Los Angeles CoC’s Collaborative Applicant leading the annual preparation of the Consolidated Application, LAHSA thanks all CoC partners for their efforts and contributions to this year’s competition.
It is expected that HUD will announce funding awards in early 2024. LAHSA will notify the LA CoC of the results via listserv upon HUD’s announcement.
