LAHSA selects and funds providers to operate homeless programs through a public
solicitation process. Interested parties are notified of the funding availability
through an Email Alert that is typically
issued three to five days prior to the release of a Request For Proposals (RFP).
Eligible proposers are organizations that:
- Were incorporated and have been operational as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
or are a government entity.
- Have not been debarred by the Federal Governement, State of California, or a local
government.
- Do not have current or past contract non-compliance, non-performance, suspension
or termination, or other adverse audit findings with LAHSA or any other public funding
source in the past five years.
See individual RFP's for specific eligibility criteria on our Funding Opportunities
page.
